AcuRite's Atlas Weather Sensor features a modular design that allows for the wind assembly's replacement part, should it cease to function properly. If your wind cups are not spinning, and you've confirmed that your sensor is mounted correctly, the anemometer's bearings may be worn and will require replacement.
This replacement sensor can help if you are experiencing the following issues:
- Wind direction stuck, not updating
- Wind speed stuck at 0
